We exist to make professional safety standards practical. Safety Compass AI turns the ISO 45001 framework into a structured, step-by-step system your team can actually follow.
OSHA 1910/1926 questions, answered
Straight answers on implementation, access, and what the system does.
How long does it take to get started with SafetyCompass?
Once you request access, the setup team creates your organization's workspace. You then choose your state, set up departments with employee counts and risk levels, and you are ready to run your first self-audit.
Does SafetyCompass certify our company to ISO 45001?
No. SafetyCompass is a tool for running your program. It provides the 52-week implementation roadmap as a plan and evidence trail. An accredited certification body grants the certification, and you stay responsible for your records and OSHA submissions.
Can I start implementation mid-year, or do I need to start in Q1?
You can start anytime. The 52-week roadmap is a structured plan, not a rigid calendar. Set each week's status as you complete its milestones, and progress rolls up by quarter and overall so you always know where you stand.
What does each team member need to have access to the system?
Your administrator creates each account and assigns roles based on what each person needs to see and change. Everyone signs in with a password and a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Multi-factor authentication is required for all users.
Can I import data from my spreadsheets or other safety tools?
The system is built for fresh starts: run a self-audit to establish a baseline, then findings and corrective actions flow through as work moves forward. Our guide covers the full workflow if you want a walkthrough.
Which states does SafetyCompass cover for OSHA compliance?
All states are covered. You pick your state during setup, and the Standards library then shows federal OSHA rules alongside any state-specific requirements, including whether your state runs its own OSHA State Plan or is covered by federal OSHA.
